- We maintain the freshness, quality, and elegant presentation of every order.
- For bouquets and products, please place your order at least 24 hours in advance.
- For celebration setups and decoration services, please book at least 48 hours in advance.
- Custom orders and special requests are welcome.
 

📍 Pickup Orders

    Orders Placed Through Our Website
- Select “Pickup” at checkout.
- Pickup is free.
- Once we receive your order, we will prepare it according to your selected requirements.
- Please allow at least 24 hours for bouquet and product orders to be prepared.
- Your pickup time can be selected or confirmed based on the available options.
- You will receive confirmation of your pickup details after your order is received.

    Orders Placed by Phone
- A 50% advance payment is required to confirm phone orders.
- The remaining 50% can be paid at the time of pickup.
- Customers may also choose to pay the full amount in advance.
- Phone orders will only be confirmed once the required advance payment has been received.

 

🚚 Delivery Orders

- GTA-wide delivery is available.
- Delivery fee: $14.95 flat rate.
- Please place bouquet and product orders at least 24 hours in advance.
- Delivery orders must be paid in full before delivery.
- Available online payment methods will be provided at checkout.
- Every order is carefully prepared and packaged to maintain its freshness, quality, and presentation.
- Specific delivery instructions or special requirements can be discussed with us before placing your order.

 

🎉 Celebration & Decoration Services

- Celebration and decoration services must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.
- A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the service booking.
- The remaining 50% is due according to the agreed payment arrangement before or on the day of the service.
- Customers may also choose to pay the full amount in advance.
- Your service booking is confirmed once the required advance payment has been received.
- Please contact us to discuss your preferred theme, design, location, or special requirements.
