At Ritu Celebrations, we aim to keep our payment and order policies simple and transparent.

 

Payment

• Website orders: Delivery orders must be paid in full at checkout.

• Pickup orders: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for phone orders. The remaining 50% can be paid at pickup.

• Customers may also choose to pay the full amount in advance.

• Celebration & decoration services: A 50% non-refundable advance payment is required to confirm the booking. The remaining 50% is due according to the agreed payment arrangement.

• Phone orders and service bookings are confirmed once the required advance payment is received.

 

Returns & Refunds

• All confirmed orders are final and non-refundable.

• Deposits and advance payments are non-refundable.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges.

• Every order is carefully checked and beautifully prepared before it reaches you.
